Our Back to School Carnival was our first South Hayward's Block Party event of the season. We had a free backpack giveaway and lots of fun packed into an afternoon. We had lots of guest performances, youth performances, live music and live dj set, food, rock climbing, raffles and even a cake walk for the community.
